Tis' the season for snot noses and static hair

Unfortunately snot noses and staticy hair is not a good combination. Static hair on my girls does not stick straight up (which would be nice, away from the face) it falls flat against their foreheads and stays there. Lucky me, the snot is the "glue" that keeps it in place..almost permanently! It can be a struggle, but I love them snot noses and all..this picture does no justice, I just thought it was so cute! ALSO PLEASE DON'T MIND THE THE BLURRYNESS, I HATE FLASHES!

easy mornings

I love easy mornings, when everyone is in a good mood and wakes up happy. And for a little while they get along with each other almost like they really love one another..here they are playing tic-tac-toe! GOOD TIMES.

sshhhh! its a secret.

As a kid, Christmas is the most exciting time of the year (just like the song). I guess I never understood how exciting it is for the parents too, I'd be willing to bet its more exciting, just watching our children open all those gifts hoping its everything they wanted. The smiles alone are worth living for. I never thought how great my mom must have felt, being a single mother working so hard to get those things for us and watching us open them with excitement..that must have felt good, as a mom now I know it did! Geoff purchased these golf balls for Cooper, and they came yesterday and he was sooo excited (like a kid on Christmas) to open them and see how they turned out..soo cool!

At the park

Yesterday I was brave. I decided I would walk to the park with the girls. We have never attempted this activity before. Their little legs can only go so fast..so it took us ooohhh about 25 minutes to get there and another 25 to get home. Our park is only a 3 minute (max) walk from our house..but we had to stop and look at the cat in the tree, we had to look at the rocks and the neighbors watering plants in the yard and trash stuck to the sidewalk and then we had to play at the mailbox and rip off all the ads that someone had taped to it! I think they enjoyed the walk there more than actually being there..

How do two 18th month olds open candy...?

This is how! They just bite through the wrappers...I couldn't figure it out, who kept giving them the candy!

I think they are confused..

My kids are crazy..it's November and they got a genius idea to play in the hose! So, I am such a good mom..I let them! Here are the pics...

Trick or Treat...smell my feet....

Kyn and Kay were quick to figure out this trick or treat thing..they were RUNNING from house to house...Kyn was a double dipper, when someone would be putting candy in her bucket she was reaching and taking her own handful out of their candy bowl..and Kay was barging through their front door..like she owned the place!
Yes, we had a BIG BAD WOLF and Little Red Riding Hood...
The loot x4...this is what one bucket held (we have 4 buckets)! And apperantly when you have cute babies..then people feel inclined to give them close to everything they have..so we are gonna have candy until next Halloween!!

These are pictures from our Ward Halloween Party..
