Kyns beautiful music

Kyn has a couple obsessions, one being her scooter and the other her "monka"(harmonica)sometimes she calls it her "corn"(horn) too. She usually always has one of these things in her hand or close by..and do not even think of touching them. They are her favorite things to play with, these days.

A puppet show

The kids on our street play together everyday. Today they decided they would put on a puppet show in the neighbors back yard. Cooper told me to bring a blanket, cause it was a long show and I would need a comfy spot. The other moms, 4 two year olds and 2 three year olds, sat together watched the puppet show..its was funny because the show only lasted about 3 minutes. One of the other mom's told me, they worked on it for a while and were writing stuff down..We laughed together when it was over so quickly. The title of the show was called The ruby in the road. Interestingly enough..the skit had absolutely nothing to do with a ruby or a road..it seemed to really be about hanging out and eating snacks. It was cute..I enjoyed their creativity.

Our day at the park

Ohmygoodness..I have some good looking kids! Its a rare occasion when I get them all in one photo, looking at ME and smiling..all at the same time. I love this shot.

Cooper always manages to make friends where ever he goes. These boys were fishing and catching some pretty big fish. They were nice of enough to let Coop join them.

The splash was calling these girls, like a moth to a flame. They would stand on the side lines and watch all the other little kids play..I was the downer mom who kept saying no, because their hair was done and they looked nice.We were planning on going out to dinner afterwards and I wanted them to stay nice. Geoff told me I was a mean mom so I gave in..and when we got home, I went to do their hair then my hair dryer blew up and stopped working and I was not able to fix their hair.
Long story short, we went to dinner looking like rag-a-muffins!
Moral of the story..MOMS KNOW BEST! But they had fun, that is all that matters.
