Saturday the kids and I made our way down to Tucson, to visit my sister and my parents. We also went to the gem show(which is basically a bunch of rocks, cool crafts, and jewelry) its so much fun. Cooper and Kortlyn have never been, but are so obsessed with rocks i knew they would have a blast..and that they did! Thanks to papa, who bought us everything we wanted..:)
Cooper was amazed at all the different rocks, and wanted everything he saw! Him and papa ran through that place a like two kids in a candy store...both of them were like "oooooooh LOOK AT THIS"..it was really funny!
Kortlyn had her eyes on the jewelry..she got papa to buy her 4 bracelets and 2 necklaces..LUCKY!
My favorite find was this African woven basket..Geoff said "it was probably woven by some Asian guy in LA!" But I like to believe it was from Uganda, just like the guy said!
After the gem show, we went to dinner at El Charro..Geoff said "eeewwww!" but, i say..MMMMM! it was very good and i love the atmosphere!
Poor kyn, if your wondering why her nose has a scuff on it, well..she fell off of kortlyns new bed the night we got and got a rug burn on her nose! poor thing:(
After Dinner, we went back to morgans for a while until it was time for us to go home! Papa played with the kids on the floor with the little toy tops he found at the gem show!
