Kortlyn, came home yesterday to find her fish had moved on..I guess that would make me a bad mom for not waiting for her to give them a proper farewell. I just couldn't watch them float all day..its kinda gross! After I give her the news, she runs into room crying..I let her go and give her time to mourn. Later, I go to check on her and explain for the 100th time, that those fish you loved so much, are not meant to last a lifetime. They are only hear for a very..very short time. We enjoyed them for the few days we had them...and this is what I found~
She was only professing her love..(or I like to refer to it as tagging) her cute little stool thing, that she sits on at her desk..WITH A PERMANENT MARKER! I asked why she did it..and she said, because I love them!! I guess that's a good enough reason...
right?
