OH MY..He's 9

STOP! I can't even believe how fast he has grown! This is craziness! Today Cooper turned 9 years old. It seems like just yesterday I was watching him sleep in his swing, so tiny and wondering what he was gonna look like when he got older. I couldn't have imagined how handsome he was gonna be. I couldn't have ever guessed the sweet, kind, funny and tender hearted soul would turn out to be. I could have never planned for what his life would hold. He is such a great big brother and I know some day he will make a great daddy. He just has a knack with kids and has always loved them even when those kids were older. It takes me back when he was about one and half..he would leave, and I wouldn't even know he was gone..but when I figured it out, I knew right where he went over the to school behind Geoffs moms house to see the "TIDS" he heard them every morning playing on the play ground..and when no one was looking he would jet out the front door and be gone...kinda scary I know..but it so strange to think that even then he loved kids and was kinda giving insight to his future self. He takes such good care of his sisters, all three of them and although him and Kortlyn can have some serious battles he always ends up giving in, because he loves her. I am such a lucky mom and I know all moms say that, but I truly feel this way about all my children, but Cooper was my first..he was my trial and error, he was my practice, he was my getting the hang of it, he was my first love...I never really knew how much you could love another person until I held him in my arms...he stole my heart thats for sure.
